The apartment

NAZIONALE Street, 5 - ROME

 

Delightfully situated downtown Rome, just in the middle of the main roman cultural tours, "ESEDRA apartment" (it is the previous name of Repubblica Square) is at the beginning of Nazionale Street, one of the main roads of Rome.

Within walking distance from Coliseum, Emperial Forum, Spanish Steps, Navona Square, Villa Borghese, Trevi Fountain, you can take the Metro, at adjacent Station "Repubblica" (30 meters), to reach Saint Peter's Church in 10 minutes.

Apartment lay-out

The rooms

The apartment, at 5th and top floor of a 19th century building provided with elevator, has been just recently totally renovated and refurbished. In the apartment there is a large and bright living room with an open kitchen, where there is also a sleeping sofa for 2 persons. There are 2 bed rooms, the first with a king size bed and a sleeping arm chair with an internal bathroom and the second bed room with 2 single beds and the bathroom just in front.

- Weekly cleaning is included in room rate.

- Prices may change according to season.

- You will find the apartment clean and tidy and you must make sure that it will be in the same conditions when you leave. The refrigerator must be emptied, kitchenware washed up and garbage taken out of the apartment. On the contrary you will be requested to pay an extra charge of 30 Euro.

- It is forbidden to admit in the apartment a number of persons exceeding that on the booking form or exceeding the number of beds in the apartment.

- A security deposit of 250 Euro will be requested upon arrival and it will be kept as a guarantee during your stay. It will be given back to you at the end of the stay after having carried a control of the status of the apartment.

From TERMINI Main Railway Station: leave the station from front side end proceed toward Repubblica Square (400 meters). The entrance of the apartment is at 30 meters from Repubblica Square at the beginning of Nazionale Street. 

From "Repubblica Square" line "A" Metro Station: The entrance of the apartment is at 30 meters from Metro Station "Repubblica Square" at the beginning of Nazionale Street.

From FIUMICINO Airport "Leonardo Da Vinci: take the shuttletrain that links Airport with the Air Terminal that is in TERMINI Main Railway Station and then follow previous instructions "From TERMINI Main Railway Station".
